Bodyweight Next Level Wrokout
This HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Next Level bodyweight workout utilizes bodyweight exercises (a bit more challenging this time) to increase the heart rate and burn calories in a short amount of time.
The program will be designed to be done at home, with no equipment required. This makes it accessible for people with busy schedules or limited access to gym equipment.
